Payment can be made by cash, cheque or major credit cards.

You can mail or email your completed form to the GPPCA. |

Note that all memberships, regardless whether purchased through the GPPCA or the Ontario PC Party, expire on December 31 in the final year of the membership term.
Memberships purchased after October 1 in any given year will also be in effect for the following year. |
